Application of TQM in Library Services of Assam Agricultural University: A Study

Abstract

The paper presents case study of Rev. B.M. Pugh Library of Assam Agricultural University to analyse the application of TQM principles and components. The study has come with the findings that the select library is facing some problems in case of implementing TQM such as lack of well defined TQM principles, lack of sufficient IT skilled staff, lack of time and fund etc.
