Use of Semantic Web in Information Retrieval through Mobile

Abstract

Due to the tremendous advancement of technology, there are a lot of ways and means of information retrieval and dissemination. Using semantic web technologies in the field of information retrieval offers a new flexibility, interoperability and way to enhance peer communication and sharing knowledge. It expands the usefulness of the library services which will contain majority of data in future. In this study the researcher would like to set up a relationship between the new semantic web and the information service and how users can get their requirement by searching through mobile technology.
